Foreclosure Assistance Available to Union County Residents

The Columbus Housing Partnership (CHP) is available to all counties surrounding Franklin County (including Union County and Marysville) to provide Housing Counseling to those in need. A call to them for free assistance might be the difference between keeping your home and foreclosure. CHP can be of assistance if you are experiencing job loss, medical expenses, death or family emergency, divorce, too much debt or a high mortgage payment.

They are also available to prospective homeowners to provide the financial information needed to help prepare them to purchase a home.
